Welcome to MoniCard, a digital finance platform that allows you to fund your wallet via MTN MoMo, Orange Money, or voucher, and use virtual debit cards for online payments, travel, airtime, and gift cards.

By creating a MoniCard account or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

• "We", "Us", "Our": MoniCard ([LEGAL_COMPANY_NAME], Cameroon).
• "You", "User": The individual or business using MoniCard services.
• "Wallet": Your MoniCard balance in XAF.
• "Card": Your MoniCard-issued virtual debit card (USD/EUR).
• "Voucher": A prepaid code redeemable in the MoniCard app.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MoniCard.
• You must reside in Cameroon.
• You agree to provide accurate information and complete any KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.

• Wallet Funding: Send money via MTN MoMo, Orange Money, or redeem a voucher.
• Virtual Cards: Load USD/EUR cards for online payments.
• Airtime & Gift Cards: Purchase mobile airtime or digital gift cards instantly.
• Travel Services: Book flights and hotels through approved partners.

All FX rates are shown transparently before you confirm a transaction.

• Transactions are processed via licensed partners under BEAC regulations.
• You must keep your account credentials and voucher codes secure.
• If we detect suspicious activity, we may freeze or limit your account.

• If a merchant reverses a card payment, your wallet is credited instantly.
• If airtime/gift card delivery fails, we will retry or refund within a reasonable time.

• Use the exact reference when funding via MTN/Orange.
• Do not resell vouchers, airtime, or gift cards.
• Do not use MoniCard for illegal transactions.

• We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect details, third-party failures, or unauthorized access caused by your negligence.
• Our liability is limited to the amount of the disputed transaction.

• You may close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or close your account for fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon and BEAC regulations.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notification.
